Parenting Is a Thankless Job
Blueface’s mom says she must have messed up somewhere. I want y’all to peep that dreary-eyed sober parent look again. She got that same look on her face. I don’t understand why it don’t dawn on them. Maybe because I literally saw the moment it dawned on my mom. But parents can’t stop being parents though. It’s just something in them. I don’t have children, so I’m trying to… I think it’s a matter of their seed. Because the child came from inside of them, they feel a piece of themselves, even though they’re separate from the child.
It’s so sad, a parent’s life. These children are not going to call you, baby, and they’re not going to take care of you when they get older unless they get rich, and even then. Parenting is a thankless job, man. The only thanks they get is the pride of being a parent.
“I did a horrible job. I didn’t know until last night, but I’m going to go on ahead and accept accountability.” This woman didn’t know that she was a trash ass human being until last night when it comes to parenting. Ain’t no way.
I’m just trying to understand, sincerely. Y’all might think I know everything. I don’t know everything. I need help understanding how you didn’t take responsibility as soon as the baby came out of your womb. Why didn’t you say then, this me pushing this baby out right now and all this pain is my responsibility. Not that it’s bad. This is my doing. I’m in control of this. I have the power. I did this. These are my children. I’m the one pushing them out. I’m taking responsibility.
Why doesn’t it dawn immediately, while you going through all this pain? You can’t possibly think this pain is going to equate to awesome freedom. What is your two plus two equals four? That’s my question. What is your reasoning while you’re going through these near-death experiences with all these children?
And once again, I am not a parent, but I was a child. I know how people be thinking: oh, you ain’t no parent. I was a kid. I was half of that. And I remember all the way up until one and a half years old, when my little sister was born. I got a good memory and I was always observant. That’s why I have this channel. And when people can’t handle their children, guess who they bring them to? The parentless.
I know parents who, it’s not even their fault, they did their best with their children and they blame themselves. I know parents who do everything and they still take responsibility for their children’s horrific behavior. And she sees her son on camera all day every day and it never clicked.
Good moms? Ain’t no such thing. People just out here parenting, baby. People out here just trying to do what they can do. Parenting was not made with a manual. And when my mama’s whoopings stopped hurting, ****, I stopped being bad. What am I going to be bad for? My mom was five foot. When them licks didn’t hurt as much as they used to, I stopped. I stopped coming in late. I stopped doing all of that ****. I stopped being interested in guys. I was like, oh yeah, I’m damn sure not going to put my mom through it now.
