Let Yourself Cry
You can process your emotions by just letting your emotions cry. Let it be what it is. Be upset. Let it flow. Don’t hold back. Let it be what it is, and let the natural process of healing take place. That is the problem. People be in heartbreak, and they wanna be strong. That is self abuse. You need to be soft and gentle with yourself, and let yourself cry, let yourself be upset, until you’re done with crying and being upset. You cannot rush heartbreak. All you can do is chip away at the pain, little by little, becoming triggered over and over and over again.
The reason why you feel that heartbreak so bad is because you gave more than him, and you got the short end of the stick, and the seed is so deep down, so buried, that you are unaware.
You can’t just let stuff go. You can’t just push stuff down. Things will resurface. They are called demons. They will come back up and force you to pay attention to what matters. And the who, what, why, how, when and where are the only things that matter. Everybody can’t just push forward. Everybody can’t just struggle through. Everybody’s not built like that.
They try to skip over actual real life therapy, even though they know they went through traumas as a child, so they don’t know that these things are important. Why is important. When you know the why, you can fix it.
Just be a better person. Be a good person. Don’t be a bitch, and don’t be a bitch ass man. Boom. That is stage number one, and then naturally the good side of life will start to unfold before you. Don’t do things that you wouldn’t do if other people were watching. Easy. Have some integrity about yourself, and wake up every day renewed and refreshed, ready to live right. If you just become a good person to yourself, treat yourself well, then you’ll automatically wanna do that to other people. I’m not saying throw yourself at the wolves out there, and put yourself in front of any old body. But if you were treating yourself better, you wouldn’t do that in the first place.
